Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Staff Supervisor to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within our clinic.

Job Summary

This position functions as an integral part of our clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective to the group while upholding the standards of nursing practice. You will oversee the care provided by clinical support staff, initiating efforts to improve quality and skill levels. Your expertise will ensure that patient care services are delivered efficiently, safely, and timely, meeting the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of our patients.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington
  • Three years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • One year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $73,914 - $114,179 per year, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
