Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Support telephony hardware and software, including PBX and dialer equipment
  • Ensure the security of organization's systems and data
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills with experience in Microsoft Suite, CR Software Platinum, and other relevant applications
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Working Conditions:

The Desktop Support Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing standard office equipment and software. The position requires regular attendance and timeliness, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
