Network Infrastructure Specialist

At SysMind Tech, we are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network administration team, you will be responsible for managing our LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including enterprise wireless and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting advanced network issues and ensuring timely resolution of customer tickets. You will also be responsible for managing network tools such as SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Cisco ISE Infoblox. Additionally, you will investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest improvements to reduce the time taken to resolve network-related tickets. Your recommendations will be based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of our network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades, as well as understanding network support priorities and objectives. Your active role in accomplishing these objectives will be essential to the success of our team. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will also be responsible for Zscaler administration (ZIA and ZPA).
