Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of diverse clients and customers.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.

Requirements:
