Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our engineering team, the Lead Firmware Engineer for Embedded Systems will be responsible for the development and enhancement of firmware for advanced sensor-based water control products. Key Responsibilities

1. **Firmware Development**: Design, develop, and optimize firmware for embedded systems, ensuring robust performance in commercial water management applications.
2. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with electronics, mechanical, and project management teams to drive product development from concept through to launch.
3. **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, functional requirements, and test plans.
4. **Continuous Improvement**: Foster a culture of excellence by implementing best practices and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
5. **Technical Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
- Over 10 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
