  • Oversee job costing and engage in weekly financial reviews of project expenditures.

  • Contribute to the preparation of owner draws and manage collections efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain all contracts, purchase orders, professional service agreements, and change orders as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Gather necessary documentation from vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Verify that all insurance certificates from subcontractors are accurate, up-to-date, and meet contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and manage electronic files for project documentation and storage.
  • Collect and file daily reports from site personnel for record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required to Project Managers and Executives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for assigned projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in construction job costing and financial management is essential. Familiarity with Viewpoint software is advantageous.
