About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to play a critical role in executing patient acquisition and engagement strategies across various marketing channels. This position will support the Integrated Marketing function and drive growth across the entire business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute patient acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels, focusing on both direct response and performance marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement overall market strategies and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and apply insights to inform future tests and optimize paid acquisition channels, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across channels and segments, iterating based on learnings.
  • Support the development and execution of acquisition strategies set by senior leadership.
About You

We are looking for a naturally curious, data-driven self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You should have a builder's mindset, excel in collaborative teams, and communicate clearly. If you have 3-5 years of experience in US digital and offline marketing, including direct response, preferably in high-growth startups, DTC space, subscription e-commerce, or healthcare companies, we would love to hear from you.
