Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for land development and a proven track record of success in surveying and mapping. With a strong knowledge of Trimble, Sokkia, or Leica surveying equipment, you will be able to perform a wide range of tasks, including ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Your ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients will be essential in driving our company's success.

As a Survey Party Chief, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout the Southeast region of the United States. This role requires travel, but we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to make it a worthwhile opportunity. **Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Required Experience:*

  • Three or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients
  • Working knowledge of Trimble, Sokkia, or Leica surveying equipment

**Required Education:*

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or land Surveying is a plus
  • LSIT licensure is a plus but not required
