  • The Event Sales Manager is a key position within our sales division, responsible for selling rental products and services to clients while meeting set sales goals.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling rental products and services to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and product inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and marketing, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of sales or production experience within the event planning and production industry.
  • A proven track record of reaching sales targets in a high-volume organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and ability to utilize it effectively in a project-based business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
