Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Home Lending Originations Product team within the Home Lending Sales and Retail Transformation Group. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of changes related to Home Lending origination products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee change management initiatives that facilitate the development or enhancement of Home Lending origination products, programs, and features.
  • Conduct validation and post-implementation reviews, including second-level assessments as required.
  • Analyze and communicate findings from reports, including Change Control pipeline updates.
  • Assist the Home Lending Originations Product team with managing procedures and controls, as well as providing support for regulatory examinations, assessments, and audits.
  • Monitor compliance with RAU procedures and controls, reviewing documentation quarterly with process owners.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and enterprise policy requirements across RAU procedures.
  • Facilitate compliance with annual procedure certifications.
  • Support process owners in navigating business environment changes that affect procedures and controls.
  • Engage necessary Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control partners effectively.
  • Assist with Evidence-based Control Evaluation, Independent Testing & Validation, and audit requests.
  • Collaborate with the Product Risk Lead to develop frameworks for regulatory inquiries related to products.
  • Understand and apply the Issue Management Policy to support the Product Risk Lead as needed.
  • Work autonomously to provide recommendations and leadership for support functions.
  • Extend support to other teams as required by the Head of Home Lending Products.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various internal organizational levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Home Lending products, programs, and policies.
  • Experience with Wells Fargo risk management systems such as Shared Risk Platform (SHRP), Change Control Center, and Indigo.
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management.
  • Advanced facilitation skills.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements related to mortgages and Wells Fargo's compliance policies is mandatory.
  • This position supports a hybrid work schedule.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required.
