Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the registration process, verify guest information, and ensure accurate accounting of all rooms.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services, charges, and amenities.
  • Room Assignments: Provide guests with correct room keys and ensure they are satisfied with their accommodations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Requirements
