Position Overview
Terros Health is excited to announce an opportunity for a Patient Navigator. This role is essential in providing support to individuals during critical moments in their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, empathy, and professionalism while engaging with patients.

Key Responsibilities
The Patient Navigator will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients with professionalism and courtesy, addressing their needs promptly and compassionately.
- Providing exceptional customer service during the patient check-in process, including educating patients on the use of check-in kiosks.
- Engaging with patients and their families to inform them about available services.
- Collaborating with management to address and resolve any on-site concerns.
- Maintaining a supportive presence in the clinic lobby to assist patients and front office staff.
- Connecting patients to resources that address social determinants of health.
- Conducting health screenings and assisting patients in developing visit plans.
- Collecting and maintaining accurate patient demographic information in compliance with guidelines.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED (to be obtained within six months) or an Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to listen and empathize with patients.
- Familiarity with health insurance processes and electronic health record systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass a TB test.
