About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinic Director in ongoing clinic and patient service coordination oversight
  • Prepare agendas for front office meetings, provide training to front office staff, and report front office needs to the director
  • Assist the Clinic Director with various marketing activities as determined appropriate
  • Ensure that patient service coordination, benefit verification, and other administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all patient service coordinators enforce the cancellation policy and attend ongoing training
  • Pre-screen patient service coordinator candidates for the Clinic Director
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensure follow-up, and track all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years of scheduling/verifications experience preferred
