Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clinic Director in ongoing clinic and patient service coordination oversight
- Prepare agendas for front office meetings, provide training to front office staff, and report front office needs to the director
- Assist the Clinic Director with various marketing activities as determined appropriate
- Ensure that patient service coordination, benefit verification, and other administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all patient service coordinators enforce the cancellation policy and attend ongoing training
- Pre-screen patient service coordinator candidates for the Clinic Director
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensure follow-up, and track all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
- Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed
- A team environment that fosters continuous learning and growth
- A comprehensive onboarding program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- 1-2 years of scheduling/verifications experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to sign up for ID.me within 30 days of hire
