Responsibilities:
- Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develops and implements care plans that promote health and a safe environment.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care.
- Delegates tasks and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
- Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
