Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent Epay World LLC in communicating with external parties as needed
  • Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
  • Provide guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and/or disputes
  • Perform performance analyses of employees
  • Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
  • Recruit, interview, and hire employees
  • Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees
  • Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
  • Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or terminations
  • Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents
  • Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments
  • Maintain records, including personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, fluent

Salary: $60,000 per year

Work Location: In-person
