We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Compliance Team in Madison, WI. The hiring range for this position is $41,322 - $49,960 per year, based on qualifications and internal pay equity.

Key Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monitoring and processing workflows related to affordable housing programs.
  • Assisting with tax credit monitoring and management review documents.
  • Preparing, editing, and scanning documents into electronic systems.
  • Supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
