Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is competitive, with guaranteed hours and a weekly direct deposit.
Job Responsibilities
As a Supportive Care Specialist, you will provide one-on-one support to a middle or high school student. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans
- Assisting with daily living tasks and providing emotional support
- Collaborating with the student's educational team to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
