The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating individualized treatment plans, providing consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians and other adults, and collaborating with the IBHS team to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians and other adults
  • Collaborate with the IBHS team to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Monitor and provide feedback to Behavioral Health Technicians on treatment plan implementation

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, education)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in PA
  • BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
