Your expertise will be crucial in developing subcontract specifications while residing in an expatriate capacity.

Lockheed Martin's Global Supply Chain team is in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to enhance ongoing project growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Interface with internal management and various subcontractors, providing updates on status and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials to support production schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Quality, Engineering, and Production Operations.
- Negotiate prices, conduct cost analysis, and support the development of subcontracts in accordance with Lockheed Martin's acquisition procedures.

Essential Duties:
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact for subcontract-related inquiries.
- Manage complex subcontracts, including those with specific requirements.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analyze proposals, and negotiate terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication and onsite visits.
- Confirm and expedite material deliveries to align with production timelines.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams in executing Supply Chain subcontracts.
- Familiarity with acquisition policies and procedures, including FAR/DFAR.
- Experience with procurement systems and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior personnel on significant matters.
- Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with international sourcing and travel.
- Previous experience living abroad.
- Cross-functional knowledge of supplier quality and engineering as they relate to subcontract management.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
