About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and developing and monitoring key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides clinical supervision to Master's Level Clinicians, Bachelor's Level Counselors, and Family Partners.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Develops and monitors key performance indicators, such as volume of initial and follow-up evaluations, direct admissions, and referrals.
  • Functions as a key contact for state agencies, payers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling required.
  • Must possess current LICSW or LMHC credentials valid in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of four years of clinical experience in an outpatient or similar behavioral health setting; a minimum of 2 years experience providing direct clinical supervision.
  • Prior experience working with populations experiencing behavioral health, substance/addiction disorders, and psychiatric conditions required.
