Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct clinical interventions to individuals, including adapting client's treatment plans and providing support for recovery and rehabilitation. The role also involves collaborating with consumers and staff members to develop IAPs that are strength-based and consumer-centered. Furthermore, the Clinical Supervisor will oversee the adherence of staff members to clinical interventions, cultural preferences, and Evidence-Based Practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized action plans that are strength-based and consumer-centered.
  • Provide direct clinical interventions to individuals, including adapting client's treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with consumers and staff members to achieve shared goals and outcomes.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, with a 6% bilingual salary increase for fluent speakers. In addition, Eliot offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.
