  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
