About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team at DLC Management Corp.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction, overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, and ensuring site safety and organization.

You will also be responsible for creating and updating project documents, collaborating with clients and property teams, and identifying and maintaining critical path schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-site construction and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and laborers

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction
  • Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers
  • Advanced knowledge of associated trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
  • Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel
