Role Summary: As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting clients, enhancing their experience with our offerings. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding revenue within designated accounts while cultivating meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultative services to legal clients and prospects, ensuring optimal use and comprehension of Ecoclean's products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strategize and develop comprehensive account plans.
- Identify and communicate leads and opportunities to sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
- Conduct competitive analysis, sharing insights with Product, Segment, and Marketing teams.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored guidance and consultation.
- Gather feature and function requirements from clients and relay them to the appropriate product teams.
- Utilize all necessary processes, tools, and systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Juris Doctor degree.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to forge strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Have proven experience in training and/or sales.
- Experience in conducting both simple and complex research tasks.
- Showcase strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
