Your Role at Teleperformance USA
In this position, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and discovering innovative solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, interacting with diverse individuals daily. Key Responsibilities:
- Address and respond to all customer inquiries with care
- Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening
- Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity
- Strive to resolve issues on the first contact
- Communicate effectively with customers
We Seek Individuals Who:
- Are proficient in both Spanish and English
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
- Are at least 18 years old
- Can type at least 25 words per minute
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Are comfortable using desktop computer systems
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Exhibit logical problem-solving abilities
- Are available to work various shifts
- Are familiar with Windows operating systems
- Have strong organizational and prioritization skills
