Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duty is to discover innovative responses to a variety of inquiries, challenges, and concerns.
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries with care
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening
- Handle confidential customer information with discretion
- Aim to resolve issues on the first contact by being proactive
- Communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications:
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Typing speed of 25 wpm
High School Diploma or GED
Comfortable with desktop computer systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving abilities
Availability for various shifts
Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
