Your Role at Teleperformance USA

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and providing innovative solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging with diverse individuals and experiencing varied challenges each day.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage all customer inquiries with care
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening
  • Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity
  • Strive to resolve issues on the first contact by being proactive
  • Communicate effectively with customers

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
