Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Private Land Development Group in Ellicott City, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project plans using Civil 3D technology and relevant office software.
  • Conduct calculations and problem-solving using engineering formulas and computer-aided tools.
  • Prepare specifications and materials for projects, utilizing research and manufacturing catalogs.
  • Collaborate with senior engineering staff to complete design details and plan sets.
  • Perform field observations, inspections, and data collection as directed.
  • Communicate with clients and internal design teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in Land Development civil engineering, including residential and commercial development.
  • EIT certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
