Job Description

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our Private Land Development Group in Ellicott City, MD.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project plans using Civil 3D technology and relevant office software.
  • Conduct calculations and research to solve engineering problems and prepare specifications for materials and installation.
  • Collaborate with senior engineering staff to complete design details and plan sets.
  • Communicate with clients and internal design teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in Land Development civil engineering, including residential neighborhood design and commercial/mixed-use development.
  • EIT certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
