Lightmatter is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Staff Analog to join our team of innovative engineers and scientists. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal ICs for artificial intelligence computing.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with chip architects to lead feasibility studies and translate system-level requirements into electrical design specifications.
- Lead the analog design and top-level integration of integrated circuits development, including complex analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Create technical reports and design specifications documents, and plan DFT strategy and support its design implementation.
- Oversee the performance validation of the analog circuits in the lab and support production test development and ramp to production.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of advanced FinFET process nodes.
- MS with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry in Analog/Mixed-signal IC design.
- Solid fundamentals of CMOS device characteristics, noise, mismatch, linearity, and design trade-offs.
- Experience designing complex blocks such as data converters, control-loop circuits used in power-delivery, high-speed interface circuits.
- Hands-on experience in the lab with silicon evaluation and validation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with people across multiple functional areas.

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary range for this role, inclusive of all US locations, is $200,000- $260,000. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
