Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all products served meet our high standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with co-workers in a clear, swift, and courteous manner to guarantee accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and be attentive to customer needs.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or drive-thru.
  • Efficiently handle customer transactions through the drive-thru, ensuring speed and accuracy.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register throughout your shift.
  • Prepare and deliver orders to customers promptly while keeping the work area clean and hygienic.
  • Quickly and accurately prepare food and beverages, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Safely operate and maintain food and beverage equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation and stocking of the work area.
  • Ensure proper product rotation and stock management.
  • Participate in end-of-day cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value for every customer.
  • Perform cleaning duties including washing surfaces, disposing of trash, and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Occasionally assist with outdoor tasks such as trash removal and maintenance.
  • Report any significant issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management or shift leaders.
Accountability

Maintain the work area in compliance with established standards and procedures. Address customer inquiries regarding product ingredients and preparation, and suggest complementary items to enhance their experience. Foster a positive relationship with all team members and customers to create a cooperative and enjoyable working atmosphere. Communicate all important matters, both positive and negative, with management.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, including effective verbal communication, good manners, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Capability to move efficiently within the service area, assisting numerous customers throughout your shift.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.
  • Frequent interaction with the public and team members during shifts.
  • Willingness to clean up after various situations as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
  • Quickly respond to requests and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Exhibit professionalism, proper hygiene, and a positive attitude at all times.

$10 - $16 per Hour
