Job Overview

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer.
