Job Description

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team as a Clinical Database Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with department roles and cross-functional study team members to create data capture solutions that support the quality and timely delivery of data required per standard and study specific data review plans. Your expertise in relational databases, data management, and clinical trials will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of study data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Computer Science or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or Regulatory Agency. Proficiency in Medidata Rave and technical skills using relational databases are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong communication, decision-making, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.

Benefits

Pfizer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits. As a Senior Associate, you can expect an annual base salary ranging from $78,000 to $130,000, plus a bonus target of 10% of your base salary. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
