Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every customer experiences exceptional service by cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support adherence to all operational policies and protocols through consistent training and team meetings.
- Regularly assess and address performance challenges.
- Assist in the training and development of team members across all facets of the Quick Quack Car Wash operations, including service delivery, cash handling, and safety protocols.
- Maintain awareness of and educate team members on the services offered by Quick Quack Car Wash.
- Guide team members in promoting additional and enhanced services to our customers.
- Oversee employee productivity, manage breaks, and coordinate daily schedules.
- Ensure the facility is well-kept and organized.
- Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks (including restrooms and car wash areas).

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
