Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure every customer experiences exceptional service by cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Support adherence to all operational policies and protocols through consistent training and team meetings.
  3. Regularly assess and address performance challenges.
  4. Assist in the training and development of team members across all facets of the Quick Quack Car Wash operations, including service delivery, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  5. Maintain awareness of and educate team members on the services offered by Quick Quack Car Wash.
  6. Guide team members in promoting additional and enhanced services to our customers.
  7. Oversee employee productivity, manage breaks, and coordinate daily schedules.
  8. Ensure the facility is well-kept and organized.
  9. Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks (including restrooms and car wash areas).
