We are in search of a dedicated Patient Services Ambassador.

*$800 new hire sign-on bonus available for this position. (Rehires who have been away for more than one year are also eligible)

Hours: 24 flex 32hrs

Shift:
Day shift with alternating weekends and annual vacation rotation; 6:30am - 3:00pm

Location:
Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities:


This position reports to the Manager of Patient Services or their designee and involves performing various tasks to ensure customer and patient satisfaction.

Ensure that patient meal selections are made as close to mealtime as possible, adjusting selections according to dietary restrictions in collaboration with the patient. Update and correct patient-selected menus with the patient's knowledge only. Utilize the menu correction guide and consult with the assigned dietitian to prevent serious errors in menu adjustments. Must be capable of describing ingredients and features of all menu items. Enter patient food preferences into the Patient Services Software Platform. Perform duties using the EPIC Platform as required or directed. Carry out other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED, along with additional courses or training, or equivalent knowledge or experience is preferred.


Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from this requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the choice to be exempt from vaccination upon hiring.


Pay Range:
USD $22.00 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement:
Every other weekend; Annual rotating vacation
