Seasonal Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Summa Health System. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members and other customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member concerns.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of health insurance industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance industry regulations and policies.
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.80-$25.00 per hour.
