Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality laboratory services throughout all testing phases.
  • Ensure the laboratory environment adheres to safety and operational standards.
  • Manage laboratory personnel and guarantee precise reporting of test outcomes.
  • Evaluate and introduce new testing methodologies.
  • Offer consultations via on-site visits, phone, or electronic communication.
  • Engage in educational initiatives and contribute to scholarly activities.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Board Certification in Clinical Pathology or a relevant subspecialty.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
  • Expertise in Laboratory Medicine and associated subspecialties.
  • Background in quality enhancement and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and biohazard safety management.
