Job Title: Account Coordinator

At MiMedx, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Sales Operations & Customer Service team. This role will be a on-site position, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order process for assigned sales area, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Work closely with internal customers to ensure orders are filled according to agreed turnaround times, escalating any delays to internal groups as necessary.
  • Monitor the group email account to ensure that orders and requests are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times.
  • Support the Regional Sales Directors with additional order process support, providing assistance to Customer Service Representatives with order fulfillment needs.
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives with entering orders into the ERP system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP Systems, QAD strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge in healthcare under FDA or AATB environment strongly preferred.
  • Life Sciences experience strongly preferred.
