Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teller I/II to join our team at Municipal Employees Credit Union of Baltimore, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including cash receipts and payments, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, including transaction logs and cash drawer balances.
  • Refers members to Member Service Representatives to obtain product information and/or services that best meet their financial needs.
  • Remains watchful to protect against fraud and counterfeit monetary instruments.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, general studies required.
  • Six (6) to Twelve (12) months sales, customer service and cash handling and/or Teller experience preferred.
