Job Description

At Municipal Employees Credit Union of Baltimore, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Service Representative I/II. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through telephone interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from members to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and problems pertaining to account status and MECU products and services.
  • Cross-sell MECU products and services to meet member needs.
  • Develop positive relationships with members by listening carefully and respectfully.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of member/customer service experience required for ASR I, two years for ASR II.
  • Strong computer application skills and excellent oral/written communication skills.
