About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Financial Customer Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in navigating technology systems and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
