This role will involve assisting in the establishment and enforcement of governance and guidelines for SharePoint portals and associated platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and documentation of SharePoint solutions based on information architecture, analysis, and functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Test and validate solutions before delivery, providing support and customer service to site owners.
  • Administer SharePoint permissions and security structure.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues within the SharePoint environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint web parts and workflows.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support for SharePoint portals.
  • Report any irregularities or problems to the appropriate level of supervision.
Requirements
  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a good understanding of SQL Databases and WSS.
  • Basic understanding of PowerShell, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
