We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Care Management Department at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our clinical care management model, staff, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to a team of approximately 24-31 FTEs
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the clinical care management model
- Oversee the budget and operations of the care management department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care coordination
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 2 years Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development, and evaluation
- 1 year Care Management experience
- 3 years Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Social Services, Utilization Review/Quality Management, Case Management
- Master's Degree in Nursing
