Key Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

Support at-risk youth in a day program/Foster home setting


Engage in activities with youth, accompany them on outings, assist with academic tasks, prepare breakfast in the morning, and ensure they are ready for school.

In the evenings, prepare dinner, assist with schoolwork, and participate in nighttime activities.

Ensure the care, safety, and supervision of youth.

This position requires availability on weekends from 7 am to 7 pm.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

- A passion for children and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives
- An interest in fostering a mentor-type relationship with youth
- Ability to properly sign in each child
- Capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Experience in providing direct care to children
- Ability to transport children in a company vehicle
- Strong organizational skills

Must Have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with at-risk youth
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record
- Mental & Behavioral Health experience: 1 year (preferred)
