Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
  • Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and profit goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience
  • Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory
  • Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message
  • Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva)
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $72,000 - $74,000
  • Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance
