We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Japanese/English bilingual administrative coordinator to join our team at Actus Consulting Group.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, managing information flow, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, formatting information for internal and external communication, and organizing the office filing system.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Perform routine custodial maintenance
  • Assist administrators with duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (read, write, speak)
  • 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Multitasker with ability to work independently
