Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Work Environment

Our store is a public retail environment with a climate-controlled atmosphere. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
