Sales Professional for Critical Facilities

Pkaza LLC is currently seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for pursuing and reaching out for opportunities with Data Center Enterprise Customers, Colocation Providers, and Hyperscale companies, selling our company's white space finish-out solutions.
About the Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess contacts in the Data Center / Critical Facilities Marketplace and be able to create a solution tailored to Customer's needs. You will manage relationships with partners, engineering firms, GCs, and client contacts to stay aware of any new/ upcoming projects. Additionally, you will prepare proposals, presentations, and briefings, and meet regional sales objectives by forecasting sales; staying on quota, etc.
About the Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 to 7 years of relevant interior solutions experience in the critical facilities white space / infrastructure - new builds and upgrades, cages, air containment, power, physical security, cooling, and connectivity systems. You should also possess strong professional network in the Data Center / Critical Facilities Market and be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of business development accomplishments as related to new business opportunities. A Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus, but not required.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
