About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Hospital Call Center Coordinator to join our team at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a switchboard with trunk lines and extensions, managing all incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a switchboard with trunk lines and extensions
  • Manage all incoming calls
  • Provide direct numbers as required
  • Connect inside callers with out-of-state lines when necessary
  • Greet callers in a polite and professional manner
  • Respond to emergency calls following established protocols

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $62,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of previous switchboard experience, preferably in a hospital or similar setting
