Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for performing routine pulmonary function testing and exercise studies to diagnose and treat respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry, lung volumes, and diffusion capacity
  • Perform exercise studies, such as O2 titration and 6-minute walk tests
  • Conduct cardiopulmonary exercise testing
  • Develop and implement pulmonary rehabilitation programs for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Associate's degree from an AMA-accredited school of Respiratory Care
  • Current BLS certification
  • CPFT or RPFT certification required within 1 year of hire
  • 1 year of experience in pulmonary rehabilitation and/or pulmonary function testing
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACSM-EP certification
  • Experience in calibrating equipment and conducting quality control procedures
